Aug 24th: UK, France, Asia
Aug 25th: USA, Canada & Mexico
Sep 2nd: Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, New Zealand (Australia TBC), South Africa, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy, Benelux
Sep 14th: Greece
Sep 28th: Poland, Hungary
