Right then...I've begun the 3rd album (the follow-up to 'Speak For Yourself'). I'm going to write a more frequent blog as I did with the last one so you can keep an eye on me and make sure I'm not slacking! I wonder how it's gonna turn out? How exciting! You're very welcome to comment but please don't ask me questions on here or i'll never get any work done. You can email me with any questions you have and every month we'll pick 20 from the virtual 'hat' and post them. Send your questions to: [email protected]

Much much more to come! Love, fluv x i x Wheeeeee!!!

Imogen,

I've only just found you ... I'm in my late thirties and have been pretty sick for a long time so that's my excuse! However! I have to say I love your music and watching your blog has been a-maaaazing!

I'm an old school Kate Bush fan ... now I'm not going to say "Oh your a young Kate Bush" because I think that would do you a disservice, you are your own person with your own vision ... but seeing you in the studio has given me a glimpse into how she might make her music (when she does make music that is!!!) ... so thank you for that (it's so interesting to see how you pick up and see the use or possibility in so many different things!)

But getting back to YOU and YOU ALONE ... I'm so glad I found you & your music. I really am enjoying discovering your work, you're music is brilliant and I love watching your blogs - fantastic viewing (not to mention informative!!!)!

All the best to you.

that version of hide and seek sounds beautiful....as does tidal!! xx

Now I have your CD "Speak for yourself". I had to order it from the UK, because in Portugal there weren't any.

If you would like, listen to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I19MorTFZV4

sorry for my english... :P

Immi,

I adore your music - its so beautiful! I saw you live in Bristol 2 years ago, hope i can see you live again soon.

Rock on!

Dean

Imogen,

I've been listening to your music for several years and had not yet been on your blog. I am LOVING these videos. I hope you come to Montreal again on your next tour.

Until then, I know it's crunch time for you... best of luck.

Haha I love that you put the Gameboy sound in the song. Can't wait for your next album to come out. I love your music and I'm always amazed at how talented you are.

Much love,
Kevin

Hi Imogen,
I first heard you on Jeff Beck Live at Ronnie Smith's....I blog on another site. and mentioned how taken I was to your work, have since bought "Speak For Yourself" I love your flair for combining vocals, poetical lyrics and new and innovative sounds. I am amazed.
You appear no different her on you iblog than in the songs.
I how you won't mind me eaves-dropping into your iblog from time to time...love the videos..
Thanks

I have enjoyed watching your videos reminiscent of Pink Floyd's experimentation.

Dear mother of all things Holy....that new version of Hide and Seek is unreal....off to go and try and find it. You are the best. Cheers lovely.

Hi Imogen

I am enthralled by your improvisation. As Athalee says you seem to have something of Kate Bush about your style.

Not your voice, that is unique: gentler, softer. Your dress style and theatrical mannerisms have a more natural, romantic flow to them.

I love your ability to craft sound: like an artist would mix a palate of colour and there is always that swirl of streaked colour of two threads running together or the perfect blend that creates something new.

In awe.
Tamara.

On your next album, I hope you do some styles of music like your style with Let Go and Must Be Dreaming. I really love your music and how all the instruments flow into a river of beautiful and enticing sounds that please the mind and soul. Your music relaxes me and excites me when I hear the soft instruments come together with loud sounds and all the flowing of it. I can't wait for your new album, your an awesome artist and I love every bit of your music dear to my heart.

Your fan,

Ryan Jennens

Just found your blog courtesy of twitter. Love seeing some behind the scenes info on the instrumentation. I just did a song with a friend that sounded a little Immi-esque and told him so. And he hadn't heard your music! It's been remedied now though :). Feel free to check it out if you have a couple spare minutes. We're amateurs but its all in good fun. The song is called "In the Way".
