I noticed Immi's recent tweet about Kate Havnevik's album, so I checked it out here:

Basically, the idea is that people pledge payment in advance to finance production of Kate's new album. A donation also goes to charity. I'm not sure if the target has already been reached, but I 'pledged' anyway to do my bit. Payment (by credit card) is only charged when the target is reached. It is quite easy to sign up. You could also use Paypal, but there is an extra charge for that.
If the album is even half as good as Melankton it will be well worth it. |

I did as well. All the stuff I initially wanted (mystery box, complete collection, CAKE) were gone when I finally submitted mine, but there's plenty more goodies =). Also, 2 free tracks for pledging (and awesome funny vids  ) |

| It went from like 14 to 0 so fast! I was moving and internetless, but I figured there would be at least 1 when I came back T_T I hope she offers it again one day, I'd really like to hear some of the rarer tracks. |

I've actually heard an instrumental version before, but not with that lovely long intro! Very pretty :3
I also loooove the acoustic New Day!! The other track, FTIESYF, she had streaming on her website for awhile a few years back, and it's beautiful. I replayed it many times when I found out it made my baby nephew calm and sleepy : ) |
