I'm sure there's already a thread about how a collaboration between the two would be amazing.
But this isn't about that. I was watching Kate Havnevik's video of "Unlike Me" and I wondered just a tad if Imogen featured in the video.
If you watch the video, link below, and wait until 1.05 on the time bar at the bottom, you'll see another figure float through the water in front of Kate. The gown the other figure is wearing looks similar to one Immi wears in one of her vBlogs which is what made me wonder if it was maybe Immi. I thought it possible that because they are friends that Immi might have done a wee bit for her.
Have a look and see what you think. You can't see the other person's face so we'll never know. But who knows! It makes me all tingly to think it might be her.

I know that. But because there is only one Kate, as in - she has no actual twin, she needs a body double for the video. What I was getting at, was perhaps the body double is Immi, acting as another Kate.
It was a theory. A nice theory to me. |

I'm pretty sure that its not Immi. At all.
And... I don't think that they will do something together, at least not this year or the next. They are both working on their new albums and I just can't see how they could get the time to do work together.
However, it would certainly be interesting.
The thing with Immi and Kate is that they both have very simular ... I don't know... music? Life? People? They are really good friends, and they have the same sort of musical friends. They both have worked [or are working with] Guy Sigworth.
So, who knows.

Couldn't of said it better myself Jake to be honest. The whole thing with Immi being in the video was a wild hope... it makes me all nice and tingly to think it might be her. It propbably isn't but who knows?!
I was listening to Unlike Me the other day and my mum asked me if it was Immi. I told her it wasn't and she stated how scarily similar it was to Imogen's work. She's not an avid fan of either like I am, but it's obvious the two of them take influence from one another. |

I'm not too sure it's Kate Havnveik singing on the track. It sounds like her but in the list of names of those involved song, she isn't there. However, Sarah McLachlan is and her voice is very similar to Kate's. |

That contradicts what I just said. Her name ISN'T listed as a contributing artist. I think it was Sarah McLachlan instead. |

| Yeah it was Sarah. Immi and Kate would be a perfect mix if you ask me btw. They both have a unique take on music, I wonder what would come out of a collaboration between those two. |

i distinctly remember carmen saying that kate was in town and sang on the record. if only i'd bookmarked the youtube interview!
