Hi everyone! I am new to forums but have to say I saw Immi tonight at the Patio in Indianapolis, and she was amazing! I waited for the show to start, and I turned around near the merchandise booth (where I bought the Hide and Seek vinyl) and there was Immi! We chatted for a bit and she said she almost was kept from the show due to more visa woes, but it all worked out last minute!

She signed my record and then came on about an hour into the show (singer/songwriting guitarists before her that were good) She performed 6 songs- "Just For Now", "Goodnight and Go", "Let Go", "The Walk", "Hide and Seek", and "The Moment I Said It" All were wonderful, though she was disappointed that her 'vocoder' type device wasn't working during "Hide.." so she performed it beautifully on the piano! She then played keyboard for one of the other performers. She's so sweet and fantastic--hope she comes back again soon. Be sure to catch the tour if you can...brilliant!!

The Hide and Seek vinyl?! She's selling them on the road? Dang it. I don't even get to go to the Cincinatti show and I can't order it offline. Sigh... Happy it went well though.

In terms of merchandise, Immi's one item was the Hide and Seek vinyl-other acts had shirts and cd's (I would have loved a shirt)

Have a great weekend, everyone, and thanks for the welcome to ibabble!

Glad to hear the first show went well!!

There may well be some more merch at some of the other shows - we just had to wait to get it manufactured in the U.S. (it's costs mucho to take it with you from the U.K. to sell in the U.S.), and with all the visa issues etc. it's taken longer to get sorted out that planned!

Hello! I am new to the forum and wanted to mention how wonderful Immi was at the Indianapolis show. Beautiful voice, beautiful lyrics. It was really worth the hour and 45 minute drive.

I had a question for those who attended. You know the guy standing outside taking pictures and handing out stickers... does anyone know any way to get a hold of him? I unfortunately didn't bring my camera and I had my picture taken with her. He said he would email the attachments the next day, but I haven't gotten an email.

To all those who are going to see her soon, you are sure to have a great time.

thanks... erica

I am new to the forum as well. Sorry for the late response on the Indianapolis show, but I wanted to comment on it. Imogen was absolutely amazing!! Her music hits you in a way like nothing else I've heard, epsecially live. I am so glad that she was able to work out her visa situation, I would have been so sad if she was unable to be here.

Besides her phenominal performance she was so sweet and kind. It was so wonderful to meet her. I too am curious about the photos taken outside and would like to know if you were able to get your picture, and how (ericak).

Please come back to Indianapolis on your next tour Immi!!!!

You know, I never did hear anything back from the guy taking pictures. He was supposed to send the attachment by email to me. I spoke with him a little bit at the concert and he said he was working for a promotions company trying to certify people were coming to see Immi and was taking pictures to document that. I should have grabbed his name and contact info, but trusted he would send me the information as he had said. He came from New York and had just done a show there, but I don't know if that is where the agency is or not. Since he was working for Immi that night (and that night only), I would assume she would know who he is and possibly have the pictures. Maybe she could post them on her site. I haven't tried contacting the Patio Lounge either, but chances are they probably don't know the fellow.

Hi Erica, Thanks for the reply.

Hmmm....yeah, my guess is that The Patio probably won't know anything about it. If he happens to contact you or send you a link, do you think you could send me the info??

Thanks,

Niki
