I cannot work out how on earth to get the Shepherd's Bush download!

I am registered with 7digital.com, but can't see anywhere to enter the SMS pin code, so I entered it and registered it to another e-mail address. It appears, and tells me that I have purchased "Goodnight & Go Live From Shepherd's Bush" but there is no image under "Download".

Has anyone else managed to get it to work?

I also haven't had the wallpaper yet! Crying or Very sad

Small technical problem - I've just spoken to 7 digital and they're fixing it now, so keep checking this topic!

It's claiming that my pin code from my text message is invalid!

Is this part of the problem that is occuring with others?

I'm just listening to the 30 sec preview over and over. hehe

That's what it said to me! "Voucher invalid" - the only way I got round it was to enter a new e-mail address and password and have it on a different account.

It's just let me download it, after giving me 404 errors, but now it won't let me get the license! It says "Server error: The parameter is incorrect."

Also, isn't it a bit strange for it to just be Windows-only when Immi is such a supporter of Apple?

I've just managed to download it and get the license working first time....so tyr again, looks like it might be sorted.

As for it being Windows only, unfortunatley you can't put DRM (copy protected security) in Apple AAC files (unless you'e Apple) and it's Sony BMG's policy not to sell anything without DRM in it. Hopefully we'll get it up on iTunes in the not too distant future!

Yay! It works now! Thanks! Cool

I thought it might have something to do with Sony BMG, because everything else on Immi's shop is available in AAC without DRM!

Bloody hell...FINALLY managed to download it.

I had to sign up for a new e-mail account in order to download it.

If i'd had known that you could buy it normally without the text I would have just done that...cheaper too.

It sounds bloody amazing though. I'm gonna have to find some way of getting round the DRM in order to put it on my iPod.

OK...the quality of the recording is excellent....if it's that good when mixed down, then Immi HAS to release a live CD/DVD. I wanna hear the A cappella version of Just For Now mixed down!

James, hear our cry!

Burn it to CD, then rip the CD back into iTunes. The file you import into iTunes will be DRM-free.

Hmmm....My CD-Burner is being a bit iffy...It does the whole converting of the file, but then comes up with an error when it comes to the burning, everytime I try. I'm using Windows Media Player. I've only got WMP & iTunes. Anyone got any ideas of what to burn it on...I could go download a trial.

The wallpaper is delivered automatically and should have been sent - however if you pre-ordered early (like I did myself) you may have ordered before the wallpaper system was up and running - 7 Digital are double checking against all the mobile numbers that ordered now and will send wallpapers to anyone that didn't receive it shortly!

I'm a Mac user, so the Windoze Media file was pants as far as I'm concerned. However, this is easily got around: there are a number of applications out there that allow you to record whatever's playing through your soundcard. I used one of these to re-rip the track as an MP3, no worries and none of that pesky DRM.

As for obtaining the file, I had similar issues to those reported here. I simply raised a customer support ticket on the 7digital site, and they sorted it all out eventually.

No wallpaper though Sad

The song itself is great though, just as I remembered it. Here's hoping for a full live release, the gig was sooooo good!

Is It me or is 7 digital pants? I bought Petunia on my PC, n couldn't get it to play. 7 digital didn't help me. Windows ME might be a bit old tho' so I got my son to order it on his new PC, he hasn't been able to open it or write it to CD. Now I can't get my G&G live pin to work. It says invalid every time. Technology, PAH!

It's pretty lame that Mac users can't play and use this song. And it's doubly shitty that you don't find out about that until after you've already paid for it. Mad Windows Media Player (all incarnations of) has always sucked, and still sucks. Anyway, I'm trying to get around it by having a Windows friend of mine download the file and use an audio ripping program to extract the audio and save it as a WAV/AIFF (as was mentioned above). He hasn't gotten around to it just yet though. Confused

I got an SMS service message with a WAP URL (presumably) pointing to the wallpaper. However, the URL is invalid, and I can't get anything.

Oh well. What with this and the 7digital music mess, I know better for next time!
