Just a little message to say how much I enjoyed myself yesterday at the Shepherd's Bush gig.
My boyfriend and I were right at the front and slap bang in the middle! :D .
Your boyfriend wouldn't happen to have a resemblance to Elijah Wood would he?
Erm...I guess he looks a bit like Mr.Wood! Lol! Why do you ask? |

| I was waiting afterwards in hope that Imogen would appear, but then I was ushered by a guy I've come to hate after so many gigs. |

I was standing on his left shoulder. It seems the members of this site monopolised the front row.

james.
Whats the CD called?
I'm assuming "Contact Note" is his latest release? (Not counting the "Angel Beach Ambient Waves" compilation album.) |

my god i cannot even begin to describe how flipping PHENOMENAL she was!
her control of her voice is just far far beyond anyone i've ever
heard. you'd expect with all the vocal things that she does,
for her voice to crack at least once...but it was FLAWLESS the whole
evening>
the slightly negative thing was, that i couldnt hear what she was saying
some of the time, but what i caught was brilliantly witty and fantastic.
I'd taken my friend along, who i'd MADE listen to the album,
and she wasnt sure....but about 1 minute into the first song
she was like "wooooooooooowwwwwwwww!!!!! she's sooo good!"
Here are some photos that i got..... (i have some excellent vids, but don't know where to put them)
and here's a scan of the little offer leaflet thing
.....already ordered my live track of goodnight and go, what a great idea.

Ugh, why do some people have to be so nasty? Probably disgustingly drunk. |

You have got to be kidding me !!!
Those kinds of people are eventually found lying face down in an alley with their right elbow inserted into their left ear !!! |

That's when Immi should've walked out, tapped him on the shoulder, and asked him to leave. People are so incredibly we-todd-did. |

He was trying to be funny, he failed. Zoe was talking about how the Cello and mic picked up any sounds coming from the audience and said something like "Do you want to test it, shout something". This is a British crowd, there'll always be someone with that sense of humour. I doubt he meant it. |

Omg the gig last night was absolutely incredible! I was right in the middle at the very front (I'm lozzieg's b/f everyone btw).
Oh, and in the last picture aldaboss posted - on the far right-hand-side there's a guy whose arm and blue sleeve is visible...that's me! For anyone who saw me - I was wearing a Paul Frank top with huuuge Julius on it lol.
But back to the gig - Immi was flawless. The song arrangements made everything sound really fresh and different, and...
well...
I want to go again!
Anyways I must be off |

Yeh that was really weird - I turned around and all of a sudden some girl was being pulled over the barrier by security!
She didn't look well.
Does anyone know why the gig was filmed? Is there going to be a DVD? I hope so
Also - when/where can we see the picture Immi had the photographer take of her with the audience behind her? |

Saw Imogen last night - a truely amazing gig!
Immi was fantastic - such a warm character! You could tell she was really enjoying herself. Wish it never ended!
Fav song was 'The Moment I Said It' - a powerful song that was even more so in the flesh.
Zoe Keating and Jon Hopkins were also very talented artists, a real treat to see real heartfelt music created right in front of you.
Look forward to seeing them all again very soon. |

Oh my god the dress. She looked stunning. I think the night was so special for her. Playing with her friends in a big homecoming gig. Getting to wear that drss must have been the icing on the cake |

It certainly sounds like you peeps had a blast
Immi putting on her biggest show to date in her hometown with her homies must have intensified the moment for you guys.
I'm really glad for you folks...
