Trust me i know what you mean. They got in the way of my taping of The Moment I Said It.
I'm not available either which is a shame in a way because there was plenty to look at.

Me -"So girls what music do you like"
Girls - "Imogen Heap"
Me - "What a shock, me too, can i have your phone number?"

Thats how i had planned it anyway. Damn my girlfriend

Phew, flippin knackered.
But what a show. Glad that there was a "band," despite ppl who didn't believe us who were saying it. Live drums - love it.

Don't wanna talk about the show, there are far more people with better writing talents than me here that will thankfully do that but did wanna say one thing.

To the two girls stood in the stalls about half way to the back and to the left a bit, thanks for bopping away. When Daylight Robbery (how awesome was that?!?) came on I'm glad that other people were having a bit of a dance to such a rockin tune.

Will have to get up the front in Brighton next Wednesday and start of a bouncing mosh!

Night all!

I keep think it's Jon Brion and it isn't. Jon something. He was ok but dragged on a bit really.

he went on and on and on and i though he was going to stop and maybe look at the crowed and show some enthusiasm or somthing other then blind terror and geek glee with his keybored but it never happened. he was cute though which was his saving grace, its not that the music was bad more that it wasnt really the right place for it, great for dancing mindlessly to. i can name my pictures now thanx.

The second support guy was Jon Hopkins - I got his latest CD after the show, and I'm listening to it now - it's pretty cool.

Does anyone know what happened with that girl that had to be carried out by one of the burly security guards - I was worried as she looked unconscious ...

she just fainted, she looked quite young it was proably just a bit to hot for her esspecially if she hadnt drunk any fluids. they just needed to have slaped her and given her some water then she would have been fine. wasnt she sitting down the front of the barrier? thats usually where they stick people who faint.

if there are any other flickr people out there with photos, we should start a group and post the link here so we can pool our photos for people to see.

it was great to see her up on stage with all her friends. It had a great runion feel to it.
Hopkins was amazing and zoe enchanting. Although the crowed where so disrespectfull.

Actually I thought the crowd were very appreciative of Zoe, there was just the one idiot who shouted something out, as far as I could hear.

Have to say that Imogen was something really special, you could just see how much she was enjoying herself and that she didn't want the evening to end.

Wow, I loved it, so, so much. Imogen was awesome, and very adorable, I couldn't help but laugh when she sang the wrong verse in Headlock, or when she asked whether we knew what 'finger quotes' meant. I really enjoyed the acapella version of Just For Now, as well as all of the songs which involved the band.

Out of interest where were everyone standing? I was on the front row, just infront of Immi's keyboard etc.

And here are some of my pictures:

I'd love to see some videos people had recorded!

Xx

Every song was great. Speeding Cars is catchy I screamed when I heard her play a new song out of excitment much to the annoyance of those sat next to me. Goodnight and go was fantastic. It was great to have a band with her on some songs, it gave it more of a rock n roll feel.

Just a little message to say how much I enjoyed myself yesterday at the Shepherd's Bush gig.

My boyfriend and I were right at the front and slap bang in the middle! Very Happy I'll never forget how amazing Imogen was, she really did take my breath away! When she sang "Come Here boy" I actually cried, cos it was so beautiful! (Argh how embarrassing!).

The set was beautifully done up too, the fairy lights made it very special!
Immi looked wonderful in her "Goodnight and Go" dress, I'm having second thoughts about my future wedding dress now, lol!

She performed all the songs amazingly well, but my favourite ones had to be "Come Here Boy" and "Let Go" on the grand piano! I was overwhelmed as to how nice and genuine Immi was also!

Thank you Immi for such an amazing night, I luv you! xxx Razz
P.s. Watch this space for some incredible pictures taken with my boyfriend's digital camera, and some videos as well.

Well, it seems as if everyone enjoyed it! lol

I caught up with immi after the show and to say that she was extatic, is an understatment!

I have never seen her so, well, high after a show before! Laughing

Thank you everyone for supporting her so much. You are her friends as well as fans and she really appreciates the support that you've given her so far.

I'm so proud and so glad that she can make so many people happy. May it continue for a long time to come! Smile

BB

Wow!!!! Immi is always amazing on her own, but it just blew me away with the band and the lead singer from urban species turning up to do 'blanket', I didn't see that one coming.
I have to admit when Immi came on in that dress for the encore I was getting a bit hot under the collar, she was sooooooooooo hot!
Again for me as it was at the Scala I loved hearing Immi playing 'Come Here Boy', probably my favourite Immi song. Im also loving the new song which will be the B-Side to 'Goodnight and Go'.
Last night was the fifth time I had seen Immi live and evertime she just amazes me and provides me with this awesome feeling I can't even explain. No two shows are ever the same, she certainly knows how to captivate her audience.

"GOT ANY PINS!?"
I was on the front rail, just to the right of Zoe Keating.
I've got videos (Headlock part 1, Headlock, Let Go, The Moment You Said It, and snippets of other tracks) they're not great quality. Where can i host them?

I can't believe she sang 'Come Here Boy'! She didn't sing it at her other gigs, did she? Argh, I wish I had gone to that gig now.. It sounds really cool. I'm so glad you guys had a great time! It sounds like it was so much fun!

Nin, is Headlock Pt 1, the one where she sang the wrong verse?

Whats the CD called? Only caught the ending of that guy, most people seemed to enjoy his stuff. One guy standing behind me didnt seem happy with him, was telling him to get off.
I think that girl got dehidrated, she came back after a while, which was a shame for me because the guy she was with was quite tall and they were right in front of me:(
nin, nice pics, were you on the left side?
Oh, and who mentioned the camera men, couldnt they just film from the sides, instead of getting in the way all the time!
