well ... to me "halo" & also "show me love" are two of her best songs until now - not jus' because they are new(er) or produced by guy , but simply because they are really good songs imho !

that's NOT the point in question @ all here , like adamtce has tried to tell me via twitter !
the point in question is that especially senescence's comment "It's sad for her ... As she's trying to copy Imogen for everything ..." is indeed VERY derogatory & he simply CAN'T be a fan of kate or her music , if he writes something like that - plain FACT
it's jus' utterly ridiculous to me that somebody who writes something so derogatory about an artist like senescence did still follows that artist @ twitter !

seriously , elwoood ... was it REALLY necessary to comment this any further
all u are doing now is to spill some more oil in what appears to be the glowing ashes of a heated & pretty UNNECESSARY debate , started by adamtce & then fulled by some rather rude comments about kate by senescence ! *sigh*
btw : i have absolutely NO problem with people expressing a different opinion , but i do indeed have a problem with people , who express their "opinion" is such a rather derogatory or plain rude way - like senescence clearly did in this case - ONLY to cause trouble , which is jus' UNACCEPTABLE for me !
if people don't get that , then they are jus' stupid
i also still wonder WHY adamtce had to pick up a comment i've made here 4 months ago to reply to it jus' a few days ago ... after i had disagreed with him in another thread here about something he wrote about david b. before ! 
this all smells VERY fishy to me & as i've seen such a trolling behavior more than jus' once before , people who act like that CAN'T expect me to still be nice to them , sorry ( not really ) !
anyway ... i know that kate was really disappointed & sad about what certain so-called "fans" , who "follow(ed)" her on twitter have written about her behind her back in this forum ! *sigh*

mmm well this is a thread and is to discuss, not to kiss someones ass (kate), i've never liked her and will never like her (i dont DISlike her either)... i dont think you need to be fan of somebody to be following them(i dont follow her, fyi), thats everyone choice, and im not saying anything about you defending kate thats ok if you want to do it, im telling you that you'rejust to harsh when it comes to judge people for their comments and you're the only one that used derogatory terms, senescence is my friend and i couldnt let the things like that, even if its not my problem.. anyway.. i dont really care if kate cries at night because someone's talking trash behind her back...

OKAY! How does a thread about Frou Frou turn into a pissing match between all you boys? This is not the outlet for you guys to see whose got the "bigger guns" and it is certainly not a place to be spouting one's PERSONAL ideals and morals.
Opinions were made, other opinions were made, and that should be the end of that. If you guys want to go into long debates then please do it off this forum especially if it has nothing to do with Immi. As Kate is a friend of Immi's she should be treated with respect (and I don't think negative criticism is disrespectful as long as it's constructive) on here as well as given the common courtesy of not having her name dragged into a fight that is obviously not about her anymore.

fyi : i'm DEFINITELY NOT what u call "a pantyfan" , as i simply RESPECT ( do u , senescence & your ilk actually know what that word means ? i highly doubt so ! ) ALL the artists ( male & female ! ) that i really like - even more , when i had or have the chance to talk to them directly ( either online or in real life ) !
immi & kate are jus' two of the artists that i really like a lot , but i also like quite a lot of male artists & all-male bands , but whenever some silly , immature , pubertal lil' wankers think that they can insult ANY of the artists that i really like in a forum or wherever else i may read / see this , they jus' have to live with my comments directed to them - like it or not !
i jus' deeply despise obssessed "pantyfans" & such sickos like that , as they are ALWAYS biased & NEVER show the due RESPECT also to other artists , which they may not like or even know that much as their "favorite object of obssession" !
