I have a pretty good chance of being able to record it. Hopefully things don't go wrong, can someone else be able to record just in case?

Do you guys (I guess this question is mostly directed at James) think it's okay if I put it on YouTube? I think it's only fair that everyone is able to listen to FTH when if first premieres. Very Happy

I'm not sure if I want to post the recording, since it'll probably be high quality (I'm using Audio Hijack on Safari), since there's a danger of it getting out and about. Hopefully Immi or the DJ will be talking over the beginning so people are inclined to buy the actual single.

I will most definitely be posting it on YouTube, though (unless James says otherwise) so look out for that!

i really wanna wait to hear the album fully for the first time (meaning i havent heard a song all the way through) but yet i really dont want to miss this. and 2 videos are coming up- Canvas and First Train Home. and i really want to see and hear it all but yet i really want to keep my goal of waiting til i have the album. and i kinda dont want to hear FTH yet since it opens Ellipse. what do you lot think i should do????

one pro- new music from Immi
cons- broke my goal. waited 2-3 years and failed at my goal.
won't hear the album 100% unheard (well, full songs that is).
some songs wont be a surprise- would have heard them already.

thats all i can think of now. yeah. i'll just wait. it'd be worth it to me. but im going to miss out on the WORLD PREMIER. ugh. oh well. lol

Think about it this way, Immi WANTS you to hear this. She obviously doesn't think it's going to ruin the album if you listen to it. It was part of her plan for people to hear Canvas and FTH. It's not as though this is a leak. She deliberately put this out into the world for her fans to listen, and why shouldn't we? I'm sure she'd want you to be a part of this and listen with us.

I'm actually extremely nervous that something out of my control will happen in my schedule and I'll miss the recording. Adamtce, could you possibly send me the mp3 in a DM on Twitter in case I don't get it so I can use it for my video?

That's an interesting idea of only listening to it once. That'd be hard if it was on YouTube but I think it'd be cool if I stuck to it.
