PS: I can't believe she's finally mixing and finishing!
We'll have it soon enough =)
Hi
don't know what type of recorder immi uses...but if you want a cheap one try "zoom H2", it's pretty cheap and records in cd-quality. Check it out:) |

| Sorry for the late reaction; it's been one crazy week! Thanks for all the great replies on my mix. It amazes me how many incredible mixes have reached the surface so far. Some of them are unbelievable. It just shows what a creative bunch of fans Immi has. |

The only thing that I do not like of the STNW is the tittle. The more a read the tittle the more I get concern. When is going to go out the thrid solo albun of Imogen Heap. Come on Iron Maiden I know you can, please. Tell us when are you going to get out again, please.
kisses for ImmI. |

I guess you're right:)
The more she/he thinks of the title of "the song that never was" her/his concerns grows about the album's never going to be released, thus becoming "the album that never was", that's how I interpret it:D |

With all respect for this audience rather, virtual logins. That questions [what?] you have made does not have a subject and must not be answered. About what I have said, which is the part you did not understand? It seems you guys know each other longer and feel confident exchanging ideas but between stupidity & the hypothesis you have made there is no perimeter.
Thanks! |

Hello radames,
I understood you perfectly but I did not understand some of the responses from others. I'm very new here as well (less than two weeks). Maybe we'll both learn what the perimeter is, if any.
Ciao,

AvantGuy nice to meet you.
Everybody, let's forget. When you do not understand something you just ask, if you are really interested in knowing the matter. This habit of making asumptions can drive you to confusion. Assumption from assumption ends in gadget.
A little bit out of the original purpouse of the discution (the STNW): ...
How are we going to save the planet? ImmI has asked to us wheather we have any idea about what to do because she does not know, she only thought by recicling solid waste. |

First I would like to say Welcome to the Forums.
Radames My apologies if it seemed as if I was being rude. But I just could not understand what you were meaning in your first post on this thread. You did not like the song name "The Song that never was"? I re-read your entry and I noticed that parts I had previously read had gotten crossed. I now understand that you are very anxious *like us for the album to come out. But keep in mind that she is almost done and we just all have to wait it out haha I made a funny. anyway.
I just did not understand this part
"The only thing that I do not like of the STNW is the tittle. The more a read the tittle the more I get concern. When is going to go out the thrid solo albun of Imogen Heap." Why would the title make you concerned? I mean you may have your own reasons for the song title, but there should be no concern that the album is on its way
So with that all being said I apologize for misunderstanding what you had said.

Hi guys,
In fact, I did cross the ideas that is all. The question is everybody went in the same line of thinking SpiderTodd .
"lol, thanks for the triple
I have no clue what he's talking about, but I'm assuming he knows what he's talking about...
Who knows? "
If you do not know something you just ask to the person about it, but by-passing somebody is not rude it is just displeasant. Worse making assumptions about the SEX of the person as klodsen did because it does not matter. But come on, I live in this world, I know how all this works. I have committed my own mistakes. LET'S FORGET THIS MISUNDERSTANDING.
I just LOVE Imogen Heap and I am excited because of the new album is going to be sold in the stores. I miss her a lot. I await for her new blog anxiously more than her albun. I want to see her.
PS: I am a man if somebody wants to know and I speak spanish.
Hasta la vista, baby! |

well ... i think u have returned "the triple" now !
@ radames : people have jus' ASKED "what ?" , because they obviously wasn't really able to understand what u wrote , so why not simply explain it to us a bit further so that we ALL could understand it ?
btw : i'm also not a native english speaker , neither is klodsen !
anyway ... it's always good to know , if a person is male or female in the virtual world of the i-net , so u avoid to call her a "he" , if she's not !
however ... let's get back to the actual topic of this thread now ...
@ avant guy : i think that "the song that never was" will actually become whatever the person wants it to become , who produces the musical background for it , so "categories" have absolutely no meaning for the original a cappella in this case , as people can indeed jus' make of it whatever they want , which is pretty cool , imho ! |

I wasn't making any assumptions at all:) that's the reason why I wrote She/He... becuase I didn't assume anything, becuase I didn't know if I should write She or He.
is He /she better then...? maybe I should have written your user name everytime? I'm puzzled:)
I just thought I was being polite:) I was actually trying to be nice and explain what you meant in a positive way...
But I know that it's difficult to understand me sometimes...
It's all misunderstandings and I'd like to apologize if I offended you, because that was not my intention:) |

Don't worry about the gender mistakes. It's hard to do on here.
I thought two of the iBabblers were girls and they turned out to be guys.
Note: If offence is to be taken when someone wrongly genderises someone else online... then it makes perfect sense to clarify it somehow.
How are we supposed to know online? Unless stated in the name, like mine... Him.Over.There. |

Yes, you did.
So eveyone does not think I am completely insane for a name like that let me explain.
I choose spidertodd b/c me and a friend were saying how it would be cool if they mixed the "emo" spiderman (Venom) and Sweeney Todd together to make a crime fighting villian barber man
Thus the creation of SPIDERTODD!! is born.
Just so you know I am not enirely insane |

-I agree with you in we may know the gender of the person to make a differenciation; but remember while using either I or YOU it does not matter, you are forgetting I said that somebody must ask another one to let know the first one what the second is talking about, then once againg the You usage.
-About the what secuence well ... of course that what I said was not what they are waiting to be for the albun, that is to be sold in the stores in next weeks (or soon). I did not want to hurt the feelings of any ImmI's fan here, because I am one of those. For be honest that what? means: What? are you crazy? I some way I do. But remember Imogen did not finish the albun in December and she increase the time range for finishing the last songs. So, it is not new we are waiting for the albun after a date in which it was not done. What I want to say is we went up and down, at least me, in December with Immi's news. Come on man we are in suspence here, don't we? and the only song we have here is TSTNW. So... what the hell is going on here? Do you understand? They understood me, very well, i hope you do. I made a true fun.

Never entered my mind 'sides, forum user names should be a little crazy (or ironic, punny, metaphorical, twisted) anyway, IMHO.
Speaking about TSTNW-But-Soon-Will-Be (TSTNWBSWB), Immi's playlist of submissions is closing in on a 200-count! It's fun hearing all those different approaches. |
