FACT: As of March 2007 Imogen is writing the follow-up to 'Speak For Yourself', this means she won't be touring for a good while...most likely until she has some new material recorded that she wants to test out live...this probably means early 2008.
FACT: If...as...and...when any tour dates are booked they will be announced on the news and calendar pages of www.imogenheap.com, as well as at Imogen's MySpace page.
FICTION: It doesn't annoy us when there's 2 dozen topics asking 'when is Imogen playing in my town'!!
Thanks for reading |

Firstly, I'm sorry, if this has already been discussed - I haven't looked through most of the forum yet.
I have seen her blogs and I do realise she is still in the midst of recording new tracks, but I saw a rumour on one of the festival sites, saying she might be playing glasto. Has she mentioned an invitation to do so and if so what did she think of it? |

glasto = glastonbury as i suppose ?
anyway ... i simply can't imagine immi playing @ any of those big rock festivals , as her music is ... well ... too intimate , too "special" to play it on such a huge stage & jus' "rawk out" in front of a few thousand people !
however ... i would rather see her in some kind of really small "couch club" than on a big festival stage ! |

yes glasto was indeed meant to be glastonbury!
and i agree - even one of the smaller stages at such a massive festival would not suit such an amazing voice.. which is why the rumour which said "Imogen Heap (very likely)" suprised me..
Just wanted to make sure I din't HAVE to beg/borrow/steal a day pass to glastonbury! |

apart from the fact that she played at V festival a couple of years ago :/
look at you trying to pretend you know so much about her "so special .. so intimate" when she's played at various festivals |

I haven't posted before, but I wanted to say Hi. I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I was hooked the very first time I heard Imogen. I saw her first at the Celebrity theatre here in Pheonix and at it was so great I saw her a few weeks later at the Wiltern in LA and took a bunch of friends. This tour was hands down the most fun I have ever had a concert!!!!
I'm anxiously awaiting the next album and hoping she comes back.

I would like to take out all the time i have to let you know that your'e songs inspire me to let go", and move on and have a better future , because i was abused my whole life. Woman to woman , i heard a remix of breathe in by jasp182 from the uK, i did not kknow it was u. U are beautiful inside and out , and live to love and love to live.
My best friend Bobby O'hara i grew up with is on several lables like gigabeat and he just got signed to Moby's lable and a few other's/
He did a remix on reverbnation.com of its alright, it s beautiful. If you have the time , please look into my bookmarks on reverbnation, im writing traqz and remixing Faye wong and Tan Dun And coco lee and a few others , Yokko kanno From Ghost in the shell.... But i have talked to Faye and she is amazing , the eyes on me and kisses in the wind , esp. kisses in the wind she would love a remix to bec. it was always her fav. traq. So i want to suprise bobby and if u could just email him and say thank you but i know you will not be dissapointed because he is so talented. He does not give himself the credit he deserves because he's "in love without love " IH, and if u can up date me with the ticket information for youre tour , so many of us want to go its going to be ausome . I am going to suprise my friend bobby o'hara and buy the tickets if u come to South fl. or in Florida.....Please let me know , i know that you are busy but you are in my prayers , and thank you for all the inspiration you have provided me through troubeled times. But I wont live in the past and I will live for my future .
Once again you are amazing and show so much beauty in the lyrics i do cry, and grace .
Love always and forever
Genuine
Dj,(geishaz), Song writter , producer , and now that im free to do what i want , I will fulfill the talent God gave me for this ear i have for musiq.
God Bless

As far as I know all US shows are all ages apart from Nashville and NYC, but please check with the venue directly. |
