Terms and Conditions:

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only.

2. The closing date for entry is midnight on 12th October 2006.

3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

5. One winner will be selected at random.  The winner will be notified by email by 1st November 2006 or as soon after as possible.

6. The winner may be required to participate in publicity or public relations activities related to this promotion.

7. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Entry instructions and prize descriptors form part of these terms and conditions.

9. The prize is a 3 night trip to New York for two people to attend the Imogen Heap's Webster Hall Concert on Novermber 12th; minimum 4* accommodation; return economy class flights, from London Heathrow only.

10. The prizewinner and their traveling companion must be available to travel on the 16th 10th or 11th November 2006 for the duration of 3 nights (Date TBC).

11. The prize is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12.  In the even of an alternative prize being awarded, the promoter will seek to comply with the prizewinner’s reasonable requests.  All travelling dates and time are subject to availability.

13. The winner and travelling companion must ensure they have all the correct passport and visa requirements.

14. The prize excludes personal expenses such as airport transfers, travel insurance, food and drink

15. Transport to and from UK and US airports is the responsibility of the prizewinner and their travelling companion. The prizewinner and travelling companion shall be responsible for all addition expenses for accepting this prize.

16. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.

17. The promoter accepts no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue.

18. The promoter of this competition is Last Minute Network Limited ‘trading as lastminute.com’.  Employees of lastminute.com, Space, their families, agencies or anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
