Imogen Heap – ‘Speak for Yourself’ 12″ Double Vinyl LP STXI008

Saint November present the first ever vinyl pressing of Imogen’s Grammy-nominated breakthrough album Speak for Yourself.

Working closely with Imogen in recent months they have put together this very special release, ensuring that the art adapted for this double vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve remains true to the original package.

A cult classic, first released in July 2005, Speak For Yourself has since gone on to sell over 500k copies worldwide, with Imogen’s tracks being featured within the soundtracks of numerous popular TV shows and samples from the record appearing in a string of unlikely R&B hits.

This first pressing is limited to 500 copies, 300 on solid light blue vinyl and the other 200 on clear red vinyl (exclusive to saintnovember.com).

Voice Now / City Songs at London’s Roundhouse

I’m part of a production called City Songs that involves 6 choirs! I’m the singing narrator! I’ll be singing Emma Jones’ words and improvising melodies between Eriks Esenvalds and Emma’s songs they’ve written specifically for these 6 choirs.

I’ve never done anything like this before and can’t wait! I also get to be part moon which is quite exciting as I’ve never been the moon before either.

Telemiscommunications release + video + Hangout

deadmau5 + Imogen Heap’s single ‘Telemiscommunications’ will be released on 12th March 2013.

In the closing track on deadmau5′s latest album, we hear one voice of a phone conversation between two lovers. Whether it’s a battle with bad signal, public announcements or kids screaming, the friction develops during their precious little time to talk.

To celebrate the release Imogen and deadmau5 will ‘meet’ for the first time, hosting a Google Hangout during which they will premiere the Telemiscommunications video.

Watch the Google Hangout on 12th March at 4pm GMT (11am CST) at imogenheap.com to see the results of the global ‘Heapmau5′ competition which found 20 animators, each of whom were given their own segment of video to create, working in their own style and medium, to produce a remarkable music video.
